Brilliant trendy boutique place, it has just superb location not far from speed boat taxi back, the homemade jams and muesli at breakfast and Prcanj, Kotor bay. The staff is very attentive, and the host too. The ambiance is special! Fantastic breakfast with beautiful homemade preserves, thanks a lot.

We loved everything about this place! The location here is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the bay and a beautifully landscaped area right by the beachfront. The service was impeccable, starting with a welcome drink upon arrival, and the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, a cozy sitting area. We were impressed with the attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the available washing machine and dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The leisure facilities were also fantastic, with a swimming pool, sun terrace, and beach access for those who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing. we would recommend this hotel to everyone as the perfect place to stay.

Incredible stay! The property is absolutely stunning and well-designed. The outside areas are breathtaking, especially the swimming from the pontoon and lounging by the pool. The location is also perfect, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. One more advantage was being able to dine on the boat, which was a highlight of our trip. an unforgettable experience.
Nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Where to start! ! Our Xmas stay was just amazing! the building is stunning and has been restored to a very high standard. We really felt the luxury within! the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. the two available bikes allowed us to explore the surrounding area which was beautiful and the homemade granola offered for breakfast was to die for! Key location facts are perfect, close to shops and restaurants but away from any noise. the pool area was also a highlight for us, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun.
Honestly, we can't think of anything negative to say about it. the only downside was leaving and going back to reality!

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel definitely had its charms. The decorations were tasteful and it was nice to see some festive spirit. The views were also breathtaking, with stunning scenery and the perfect location to explore around the area. The breakfast was simply amazing, and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The place was a bit too crowded and the atmosphere seemed to be a bit tense. The staff was not very attentive to our needs and it seemed like we were just another number for them.

Our stay at Palazzo Sbutega was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor was impeccable. The warm welcome from Nigel and his team made us feel right at home. We were blown away by the breathtaking view from our room overlooking the fjord. Sleeping with the windows open and waking up to the sounds of birdsong was a truly magical experience. The breakfast each morning was delicious, especially Nigel's handmade granola. We loved the range of activities available, from kayaking to biking and exploring the blue cave. The poolside relaxation with a glass of wine was the perfect way to unwind. Nigel and his team made us feel like family with their helpful tips and recommendations. We can't wait to return!
While there were many stairs in the house, it didn't pose a problem for us. The bathroom being outside the room was a bit unexpected, but it turned out to be fine.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel located right on the edge of the sea. The location is perfect, just moments away from the front door where you can easily dip in the bay. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
No complaints.
